When was the last time you ate five servings of fruit and vegetables in one day? Fruits and vegetables provide the vitamins and minerals your body can’t make alone, but it needs to work its best.
You could take a multivitamin, but how do you know if you’re taking the ones your body needs (because multivitamins don’t contain all the vitamins and minerals your body needs)? And how are you sure that your body is absorbing the nutrients from the supplements you’re taking?
